Briar Chapel developers approached Neuwave Systems with two goals in mind-maintain the integrity of their Green Neighborhood while providing a residential area for social gatherings that was “easy to use”
The residential club house is used for working out, swimming, and social gatherings, a favorite retreat for the neighborhood.
Neuwave installed an access control system where all members use a key fob to enter the property. All audio, video, sound and security systems were integrated into one, universal, energy efficient system-a Control Four System.
The cozy design of the clubhouse was complimented with Toshiba Televisions, Klipsch whole-house audio, and the safety of a Honeywell Security System. Now, the social space can be used around-the-clock with ease by all residents.
