Mr. Turner purchased a penthouse in one of downtown Raleigh’s newest high-rise condominiums. He wanted to compliment the penthouse’s amenities with Neuwave’s technologies, creating a modern downtown living space.
Turner asked Neuwave Systems to provide a completely-automated system, with the maximum efficiency of space.
A computer network was installed, managing the owner’s large music library. Neuwave’s design turned a bedroom space into a media room and home theater, with a 106-inch screen and Sony Projector and a 5.1 THX Certified Klipsch Speaker System.
Neuwave’s design included a motorized shading system from Lutron for his floor to ceiling skyline-view windows. Mr. Turner’s main living area is complimented with a 65-inch flat-screen television and his library workspace includes a recessed television that matches the room’s professional feel.
A biometrics keypad also was installed, allowing Mr. Turner to enter his home through a fingerprint scan.
